Downtime Tracker is an easy to use and convenient way to record and monitor machine downtime events.Use it to track downtime for industrial machines or computer servers.
View downtime logs and statistics by day, week, month or year.
Calculate downtime and up-time percentages and Mean Time To Failure and Mean Time To Recover values.
Export event logs and statistics to comma separated csv files.


Description

Tracking
Record the occurrence of an event by clicking “Down” button and selecting the reason for down time. When the machine is up again, click the “Up” button to record the end of the downtime.
Add multiple machines and track them independently.

Downtime events
Downtime events and the corresponding reasons are saved in data logs for each machine. All downtime events can be view anytime by switching to the “Events Logs” tab. This view provides a very intuitive way to select the time range for viewing the logs and downtime reports. You can choose from daily, weekly, monthly and yearly and also select a specific time range in the past.

Machine Status
Machine Status view shows the current status of the machine, time it went into that state and the duration.

Undo
There is an option to remove current event if an event is recorded by mistake. There is an option to restore last closed event if an event is ended by mistake. There options can be found in Machine status view.

Manual Time entry
This app is designed to manually record the downtime event as they occur in real time. However, in case the even could not be recorded at the precise time, there is an option to manually change the event start and end times with some restrictions.
As of this version, only the last downtime event can be modified. The modified time cannot overlap with any previous downtime events. The modified time cannot be in the future.

Analysis
Select a machine and time interval in Event Logs view and click on the Statistics button to see the Up-time/Downtime statistics of the selected machine. This view shows downtime and up-time percentages and Mean Time To Failure and Mean Time To Recover values. This data can be exported to csv format via email.
